PLACING YOUR ORDER:

Shopping for quality merchandise is easy and safe. Simply select the items you wish to purchase. Add your desired products into the shopping cart, which will calculate the total including the shipping charge automatically for you. For your protection, we use Secured Server technology, with encryption of your valuable information. All information provided remains confidential. We do not trade or sell your e-mail address or shipping address. We respect your privacy. Please provide correct name, street address and zip code to ensure prompt delivery. Do not use abbreviations or exclude any portion of your street address (Street, Avenue, or Center, etc.) Once the order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation number via e-mail from both 1LAP2GO and YAHOO. To help the environment, we do not include an invoice in your package. Please remember to print your order invoice for your records. Your order ID number is located at the top of your printed invoice. Also, your order ID number is printed on your mailing label below your shipping name. The following information is needed to process your order: Your name and address EXACTLY as it appears on your credit card statement, phone number, e-mail address, credit card expiration date, correct credit card number and CVV security code. To best protect our customers credit information and to prevent credit card fraud, any and all incorrect or omitted information will result in mandatory insurance applied to your total charge at customers expense. We respect your privacy. We do not trade or sell your information to anyone. All information remains confidential.



Note: Credit card fraud is a serious felony. We will prosecute anyone attempting to misuse a credit card number.

SHIPPING TERMS:

Shipping Times: Most orders placed by 12 noon EST will ship within 2-3 business days. Standard Mail 3 - 5 business days Expedited 1 - 3 business days Please Note: Shipping Time does not include processing time.

Most all items are shipped via standard mail through the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Occasionally some large orders and large items will drop ship direct from the manufacturer. Drop ship means your item/items will ship directly to your shipping address from the manufacturer. Please provide correct street address to ensure prompt delivery. Do not use abbreviations or exclude a portion of your street address (Street, Avenue, or Center, etc.) To give you the best shipping rate, at our discretion, your package will ship with the carrier of our choice via UPS or USPS. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Unauthorized returned shipments will result in a 25% restocking fee plus any shipping costs incurred by 1LAP2GO, billed to the customers credit card without exception. Cancellations after the merchandise has shipped and refused shipments will result in a 25% restocking fee plus any shipping costs incurred by 1LAP2GO, billed to the customers credit card without exception. Any pre-orders and special request orders which are canceled or refused will result in a 25% restock fee and will be billed to customers credit card without exception. All shipments undelivered via UPS due to customer supplying incorrect shipping information are re-routed via UPS to our warehouse. This results in an automatic fee charged by UPS that will be charged to your credit card. UPS makes every effort to deliver your shipment. However, an automatic fee is charged from UPS when an address adjustment must be made to insure delivery. Whenever the error is the result of 1LAP2GO, we will absorb the cost. Any package that must be reshipped due to customer providing incorrect shipping information will be recharged shipping costs. 1LAP2GO will use the most cost effective method of shipping to reship your package. 1LAP2GO will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in transit, or postal delays that are beyond our control. PLEASE READ. We recommend insuring collectibles, fragile and breakable items ordered. The insurance rate is minimal and worth the cost. If you choose not to insure these items, we can not and will not be responsible for loss and/or damage in transit. Requests for insurance to be applied and rates charged can be e-mailed or placed on the comments page. All clocks and watches are covered under warranty by the manufacturer. We will manually add any additional required fees per shipping policy. Overweight items are indicated by asterik(*) on description page of item to be ordered. Asterik items will ship UPS only.

ITEM AVAILABILITY:


Most product featured is in stock unless indicated or ordered in large quantity. All orders are processed according to availability and as received on a first come first serve basis. The United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) are closed during certain days of celebrated holidays. Allow extra time during the holiday season. Please check their website for dates of service. This results in a slight delay of shipment, and we appreciate your patience. Some larger items and those out of stock that must be a special order from the manufacturer will result in delay of shipment. We will make every effort to expedite your order to arrive at the desired date requested. All special orders and special volume orders are final, and can not be cancelled. If a special order is cancelled and/or refused and returned, all fees involved will be charged to your credit card. Also, a 25% restock fee will apply. 0ccasionally an item is out of stock due to consumer demand, manufacturer delay in production, and sponsor approval. This will delay your shipment. We are not responsible for delays by manufacturer. We take pride in shipping your order quickly! Occasionally an item featured for sale is discontinued by manufacturer which is beyond our control. All graphics are subject to change without notice. If your order contains items in stock plus items out of stock, we will send a partial shipment and send the out of stock item/items when available. Please indicate in the comment section of your order form if you do not want a partial shipment. Unless advised by customer, we normally will delay shipment until the entire order is complete. Should you need the merchandise within a certain period of time, please mention this in the comment box. We will e-mail you with the estimated ship date. 1LAP2GO will not be responsible for typographical errors.

RETURNS:

If not completely satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail 1LAP2GO.COM for a refund authorization number within 10 days of receipt of your order. You will be issued refund of the product price minus 20% restock fee. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. An authorization form will be provided via e-mail for your authorized return. Authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. All returns must be received within 30 days of shipment. No exceptions. Returned merchandise and apparel must be in perfect condition in original packaging with all tags intact. All returns must be unworn and without signs of being worn, wrinkled or laundered, without stains, pet hair or smoke odor. For credit to be issued all merchandise must be in original saleable condition. Collectibles will not be accepted for return if item is not in mint condition and in original packaging. We will not be held responsible for damaged items due to improper laundering techniques. Please follow washing and drying instructions on merchandise tags attached. No credit will be issued if the product shows signs of use or abuse.br>
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns, shipping costs and insurance are your responsibility. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages en route. No credit will be issued if the product shows signs of use or abuse or damage. The damaged merchandise will be returned to you at your expense. No exceptions! Please take care to package returned items neatly and securely as they were received.

EXCHANGES:

When requesting an exchange for another item, please place a new order for the item or items of equal or greater value. In the comment section in the shopping cart of your new order, request a return authorization number (RA#). Also, please include you original order number. When the new order is received by 1LAP2GO, 1LAP2GO will e-mail a return authorization number and forms for your return. Complete and include the forms in your return package. IMPORTANT: Write the RA# on the outside of the package you are returning. This RA# will insure that your return will be accepted. Unauthorized returned packages may be refused or result in a 20% restock fee. Please read section on returns. We will be happy to assist you with any concerns.

FINAL SALE CLEARANCE:

All sales are final on clearance Sale and clearance items. Example a Regular price and then Sale price means that item is a final sale item. All merchandise discontinued by 1LAP2GO is non-returnable or exchangeable. No exceptions. All blankets, pillows and wall hangings are special orders and final sales. Sale items and All NASCAR items are final sales. All blankets, pillows, throws and wall hangings are special orders and final sales.

CANCELLATIONS AND SHIPMENT REFUSALS:

Cancellations after the merchandise has shipped from our warehouse, refused packages or unauthorized returned shipments will result in a 20% restock fee to the customer. Any shipment returned via UPS or USPS due to incorrect or invalid name, address, state or zip code will result in a 25% restock fee. All shipping fees are non-refundable. Any shipping costs incurred by 1LAP2GO will be billed to the customers credit card without exception. All returns to 1LAP2GO via UPS due to invalid address provided by customer will result in a return fee rate determined by UPS. This fee will be charged to the customers credit card. Any pre-orders and special request orders that are cancelled will result in a 20% restock fee to the customer without exception.
